The Flat Foot® Insole was designed for people with flexible flat feet or low arches. However, a
very small percentage (about 3%) of people with flat feet have rigid flat feet. If you have rigid
flat feet, do not use this insole as you probably need cushioning, not compensation or motion
control. If you suffer from rigid flat feet, consult a Podiatrist, Orthopedist or Family Physician.
The Flat Foot® Insole was designed to reduce over-pronation and relieve foot, knee, hip and lower back
pain associated with having flat feet or low arches, but they do not fix flat foot abnormalities as
they are not a corrective device. We do not recommend the Flat Foot® Insole for a normal arched foot as it may
cause problems rather than alleviate them.
Diabetics should not wear this insole.
Flat Foot® Insoles do not work with other insoles. Remove existing insoles before inserting the Flat Foot®
Insoles. Shoes that have a built-in (non-removable) arch support or a highly raised arch area may cause discomfort.
If you wear orthotics, consult your Doctor before wearing Flat Foot® Insoles. If you experience acute
discomfort or pain from wearing Flat Foot® Insoles, discontinue use.
Allow for a few days of moderate activity using the Flat Foot® Insoles before engaging in strenuous
workouts. The first few times you wear the insoles, you may feel a slight pressure in the arch area
and some tightness in the calf muscle.
